ABOUT ICC
Independent cooperation for change organization (ICC) is a nongovernmental, nonpolitical and non for profit organization that was established in Feb 2014 by a group of intellectuals in Mazar e Sharif, Afghanistan
ICC’s main activities focus on promotion of human rights, the rule of law and the advancement of democracy. ICC plays a key role in capacity building, awareness-raising and service provision for vulnerable groups, with a special emphasis on women.
ICC advisors were and are always in close contact with the DoWA and other relevant organizations to provide any type of necessary consultancy and advice on the fields of prevention of violence against women and girls and provide meaningful solutions for the problems. As a result of hard work and dedication to the civil society ICC was elected to lead the Afghan Civil Society in the north region. This is also a sign of trust and dedication people have to the experience and profession of ICC staff.
