ICC OVERVIEW
ICC is a non-profit non-governmental not political and non for profit organization that established in response to the needs of having an empowered civil society in Afghanistan through its mechanism and contribution . ICC is providing quality services, especially to the poor and the marginalized, and the victimized communities on enhancing their self-reliance, and on empowering them to be more sustainable. At the same time, ICC contributes towards the development of Afghan justice and prosperous society as a whole by facilitating sharing and exchange of information and experience, through supporting research and policy development, and by strengthening relationships with development partners.

Mission: To help and empower the poor communities, especially women and needy through advocacy and lobbying, provision of fundamental human rights and building their confidence and independence.
Vision: A society with equality, tolerance and harmony that effectively contributes to prosperity, peace and empowerment among marginalized, deprived communities specifically women and children.
