ABOUT US

Independent cooperation for change organization (ICC) is a nongovernmental, nonpolitical and non-profit organization that was established in Feb 2014 by a group of intellectuals in Mazar e Sharif, Afghanistan.
ICC’s main activities focus on promotion of human rights, the rule of law and the advancement of democracy. ICC plays a key role in capacity building, awareness-raising and service provision for vulnerable groups, with a special emphasis on women.
