WHAT'S NEW @ ICC

The Independent Co-operation for change (ICC) followed the deadly incident in Mirzawullang village of Sar-i-Pul province. making possible litigation through the media and conferences to expose the crimes against humanity. Even as much as possible, the support and attention of the helping organizations and the public attracted to the families and survivors of the martyrs.

Due to the needs of the displaced Mirzawullang people and in consultation with the governor of Sar-e-Pul and displaced persons, there was assistance and cooperation to the families of the martyrs and injured who needed support. Thanks to the honorable compatriots living in Canada, especially Professor Mohammad Alam Amini (Imam Hussein Mosque and the Golf Mosque) who have been participated in this assistance. The (ICC) distributed cash for the total injured families and food for fifty families of martyrs of the incident.

After the fall of Mirzawullang by the Taliban, on the 14rd of August 2017, the valley was released from the Taliban and ISIL. The Independent Human Rights Commission of Afghanistan (AIHRC) reported this incident as an example of crimes against humanity. The Taliban invaded the village on Thursday night, 4rd of August 2017, and after two days on the 6rd of August 2017, the village was dominated by the Taliban. They closed the road to escape and killed a number of people by firing and decapitated three people and some others have been killed in captivity. About 60 people were killed in the incident and the villagers fled to the Sar-e-Pul center. In this incident all the property of the people has looted by the Taliban.

Unfortunately, for some reasons, the valley has been repeatedly manipulated and the people are in a completely fatal state, The educational system has collapsed, and agricultural and household buildings have been destroyed.

کمک موسسه همکاری مستقل برای تغییر (همت) به قربانیان فاجعه میرزااولنگ ولایت سرپل

موسسه همکاری مستقل (همت) پس وقوع رویداد مرگبار در قریه میرزا اولنگ ولایت سرپل از نزدیک رویداد را تعقیب نمود، دادخواهی ممکن را ازطریق رسانه ها و همایش ها به هدف افشای جنایات ضد بشری انجام داد. حتی الامکان حمایت و توجه موسسات کمک کننده و مردم را جلب نمود و از خانواده ها و بازماندگان شهدا بازدید به عمل آورد.

نظر به نیازمندی های بیجاشدگان میرزا اولنگ و مشوره با والی سرپل، و بیجاشدگان، به خانواده های شهدا و زخمیانی که به حمایت نیاز داشتند، مساعدت و همکاری صورت گرفت. جا دارد از هموطنان ارجمند مقیم کانادا به ویژه جناب استاد محمد عالم امینی (مسجد امام حسین و مسجد گلف) که بخشی از این مساعدت را به عهده داشتند سپاسگزاری نماییم. موسسه (همت) برای پنجاه خانواده شهید مواد غذایی و برای مجموع زخمیان رویداد (بیست خانواده) پول نقد توزیع نمود.

پس از سقوط میرزا اولنگ به دست طالبان، به تاریخ ۲۳ اسد ۱۳۹۶ این دره از دست طالبان و داعش آزاد شد. کمیسیون مستقل حقوق بشر افغانستان در گزارشی این رویداد را مصداقی از جنایات علیه بشریت دانست. در گزارش آمده است که طالبان، شامگاه پنجشنبه ۱۳ اسد ۱۳۹۶ به روستا حمله کرده و پس از دوشبانه روز در تاریخ ۱۳ اسد ۱۳۹۶ بر روستا مسلط شده و راه گریز مردم را بسته و شماری از مردم را تیرباران و سه نفر را سربریده اند. تعدادی دیگر هنگام اسارت کشته شده اند. در این رویداد حدود ۶۰ تن کشته و اهالی قریه به مرکز سرپل متواری شده اند و تمام اموال مردم توسط طالبان به یغما رفته است. با تاسف به دلایلی مبهمی این دره تا کنون چندین بار دست به دست شده و مردم در حالت کاملاً بی سرنوشتی به سر می برند.نظام آموزشی فروریخته و کشاورزی وخانه های مردم نابود شده اند.
